What does it take to obtain your Wisconsin Real Estate License?
- All Wisconsin real estate professionals are licensed by the state. To get your license The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) requires all real estate licensees to complete 72 hours of pre-licensing education and pass an exam before receiving their license.
